The massing configuration of the four high-rise buildings and lower podium block is carefully designed to create a large public space at the centre of the development. This central public plaza contains a mix of retail shops, permanent vendors kiosks, as well as an amphitheater, galleria and fountain. The plaza is designed to support a variety of seasonal activities such as open-air markets and performance events.

This mixed-use project includes several key components: a central public plaza and civic centre; three and four-story podiums along the streetscape with retail and offices on the lower levels, and residential units on the upper levels, rooftop pool and landscaped outdoor amenity area; and four residential high-rise towers that range in height from 17 to 22 storeys, including over 450 residential units.
