The Swedish Canadian Rest Home Association currently operates 143 independent living seniors’ housing units in Burnaby. The Association and ScandiaCare offer over thirty years of experience in the delivery of assisted living care and senior services. The new development will provide accessible, responsive home care and community support to enable people to stay in their homes with safety, dignity and quality of life.
The 3-storey, wood-frame building at 1800 Duthie Avenue has easy access to amenities and services. The new development will also include 37 private-pay affordable assisted living units.
