Surrounded by magnificent mountain views, the hotel’s spacious facilities accommodate business and destination travelers. The 185-suite hotel has meeting space for one hundred twenty participants, a fitness centre, sauna, sun deck with heated outdoor pool, and hot tub.
Renovations for AAVA included new roofing and added roof overhangs; new stucco and fibre-cement cladding; window replacement; waterproof membrane replacement at the suspended slab over the parkade; heavy timber structures such as the porte cochere; and a new landscape design.
NSDA Architects’ service also included upgrades to all existing facilities, including the 5,740 sq.ft. on-site White Spot restaurant that Aava’s guests can access through an underground tunnel from the hotel.
