The wide four-storey building is covered in tumbled white brick with black wrought-iron Juliet balconies and window frames. The placement of columns of multi-paned windows along the front of building establish a Georgian style symmetry.

This development is designed in compliance with C2 Zoning District Regulations. It consists of four storeys located over one and one-half levels of off-street parking and loading. Ground floor uses include 4,000 sq.ft. of sub-dividable commercial space facing West 10th, and 4 residential uses facing north. The upper three floors contain 28 residential units.

The contemporary interiors range from 537 sq.ft. to 1,098 sq.ft. and offer flexible, open floor plans. The homes feature large garden terraces, expansive patios or full-length balconies that effectively extends the living space by more than 25%. These terraces are visually softened by the introduction of planting materials at the lane and at levels one and two.
